- Child exploitation or abuse materials
- Hate speech or discriminatory content
Company Rights: Hostiano reserves the right to sell or transfer ownership of the company, and users acknowledge and consent to this right & "Important Update: After reaching 200 clients, our pricing will increase by 30-50%, and our service will become even faster!".

TERM, PAYMENT, ACCOUNT RENEWAL

Term of Service. The term of User's subscription to the Services commences upon User's acceptance of these Terms and terminates as set forth in this agreement.

Payment User agrees to pay all fees for purchasing and renewing RedCheap Services. RedCheap may be made available for free by many partners in which case the user does not need to pay RedCheap for the use of RedCheap.

Authority In the event User is a corporation, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, other business entity or group of individuals, the person registering for purchasing or renewing RedCheap Services on behalf of such entity, User shall submit a Certificate issued by such entity User to the effect that he/she has the authority to bind the corporation, LLC, partners, joint venture or other individuals in this manner and in connection with User's acceptance of all other Terms set forth herein.

REFUND POLICY

Monthly Servive Refund Policy : "Refunds for 30-day plan purchases will be credited to your website account funds, not your bank account."
Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, and users will receive a full refund minus any setup fees.
Domain Registration Refund Policy: At Hostiano, we understand that circumstances may change. However, due to the nature of domain registration, all domain registration fees are non-refundable. Once a domain is registered, it is reserved exclusively for your use for the specified term. Before registering a domain with us, please ensure you understand our refund policy.
Refund Eligibilty: Refunds are only applicable for our yearly and 6-month service plans. Unfortunately, refunds are not available for our monthly plan.
